Normality (3365 words) by favicongeneralzoi
Fandom: Lilo & Stitch (2002)
Rating: General Audiences
Warning: Author Chose Not To Use Archive Warnings
Characters: Lilo Pelekai, Myrtle Edmonds
Summary: Myrtle may not be sure what normal is anymore, but she's pretty sure Lilo still doesn't qualify.

The Myrtle voice here is awesome, and the teen girl friendship really filled me with glee.

One is the Loneliest Number, Supernatural, Sam and Dean, by [personal profile] musesfool.
Summary: Sam and Dean investigate the mystery of the missing socks.

Totally awesome and hilarious.

Share Each Other Like an Island, Harry Potter, Harry/Ron/Hermione, by [personal profile] musesfool.
Summary: Since they've started shagging like weasels, there's no room for him anymore, no space between them marked "Harry," the way there used to be.

Hot, sweet, and hilarious all at the same time. Yay for the beginnings of threesomes.

[livejournal.com profile] _beetle_ and I are no longer the only people I know writing this pairing in this fandom! Excellent!

[livejournal.com profile] _beetle_ wrote another story in her Lilo/Myrtle series: "The Thirty", in which Myrtle finally goes to ask out Lilo and the two girls are absolutely adorable and sweet and so in character it makes my toes curl.

[livejournal.com profile] were_lemur wrote a Myrtle/Lilo drabble based on the prompt "voice."

Here is another rec in that series which includes "Waiting to Happen" and "An Exercise in Forgiveness". This story goes in between those two.

"Where Angels Fear to Tread"

Summary: Myrtle needs to talk to Lilo. That's easier said than done.

It's sweet, and Myrtle is both sharpish and vulnerable, and it's just a lovely little story.

Remember how I recced the story "An Exercise in Forgiveness"? Well, the author has written a prequel to it, and as I said in a comment there, I loved "An Exercise in Forgiveness" but I absolutely, completely adore this story.

"Waiting to Happen"

Lilo and Myrtle talk in this one. There is awesomeness abounding in all the little details, and Lilo's confidence, and Myrtle's view of the world and -- I don't want to say too much, but you should go read it right now. It is amazing!

Remember that entry where I said: "And now I want to write about Lilo and Myrtle when they're teenagers and obviously bickering because they are in love"?

Someone wrote it! (NB: Not based on my entry, however. I'm not taking credit here.)

"An Exercise in Forgiveness"
Summary: Myrtle Edmonds is nothing, if not magnanimous. No spoilers for the movie or series.

It is adorable, and so sweet, and so much fun. Myrtle's voice is incredible, and Lilo is absolutely spot on, even after so many years have passed, and it made me giddy.

It also made me even more determined to a) finish the Nani/Buffy story, b) write the Nani/Abby story, and c) finally write Lilo/Myrtle.
