Remember how I recced the story "An Exercise in Forgiveness"? Well, the author has written a prequel to it, and as I said in a comment there, I loved "An Exercise in Forgiveness" but I absolutely, completely adore this story.

"Waiting to Happen"

Lilo and Myrtle talk in this one. There is awesomeness abounding in all the little details, and Lilo's confidence, and Myrtle's view of the world and -- I don't want to say too much, but you should go read it right now. It is amazing!
