I'm going to go ahead and do a fic round-up for the year, because, with the exception of my Yuletide story, I don't think I'll be finishing and posting anything else before 2007. (And even if I do, I can always do a part two.)

So here we go, this shouldn't take long, it wasn't really a productive year.

(5) "going, staying" (XMM, Rogue/Bobby and Gambit, het): Rogue knows these things: going out is hard, staying in is hard, and love doesn't always make sense.

(6) and (7) "Popular" (BtVS, Joyce/Faith, girl slash): Joyce doesn't know what to do with Buffy, but she sure understands Faith. and "no sleep tonight" (BtVS, Faith/Willow, girl slash): Faith's a little broken, and a little horny.

(8) "lineage and the Slayer line" (BtVS, Faith/Kendra, girl slash): All that's important is this: it's what you are.

April: (1 gen, 2 girl slash)

(9) "Time Is Running Away (The Dream a Little Dream Remix)" (Harry Potter, Sirius, gen): Sirius dreams in layers, no delineation between past, present, and the future perhaps.

(10) "In the Memory (Life and Death)" (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Tibby/Carmen, girl slash): The third death is when there is no one left to remember.

(11) "afternoon siesta (minus the sleep)" (Fast and the Furious, Letty/Mia, girl slash): When they're alone, things change.

(16) "Four Things Adam Banks Didn't Do At His Reunion (the will he won't he remix)" (Mighty Ducks, Adam, het): Adam Banks is a nice boy. He would never do such things.

(17) "Laundry Day (Extended Version)" (Fast and the Furious, Mia/Letty, girl slash): Every three days or so, Mia has to do laundry.

(18) "Iteration" (XMM, Pyro/Gambit, boy slash): John lost a lot at Alcatraz, and gained a little bit in the aftermath.

(19) "Found Love" (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Lena/Tibby, girl slash): Love sought is good, but given unsought is better.

So with my Yuletide story, I'll have written twenty fanfics this year. That's not as good as I wanted, but it's not bad, considering. Not to mention I've focused a lot on professional writing this year.

I have quoted so many people in here I feel like I'm writing a paper again. This is a good feeling. I'm also overflowing with ideas and spent way too much time on this tonight, commenting and thinking and revising, time I should have spent editing the novel or writing the sequel novel, but this was good too.

Edited to Add Ha, ha, ha, that is what I get for not writing it up in livejournal, and then not checking to make sure nothing was wrong with the code. All user names should be fixed now, I hope.
