escritoireazulWatching the season one Christmas episode, and no, really, so Cory, Shawn, and Topanga are legitimately a threesome on this show, right? Because I'm having a hard time finding any other plausible way to interpret that. It was the best. Cory's excitement, Topanga's fond exasperation, Shawn sneaking in, the Cory and Shawn 4-ever ornament, Mrs. Cory and Mr. Cory -- no, seriously, canon threesome, right?
Also, Maya being all protective of Riley is never, ever going to get old. Never.
Shawn and Maya being all weird at each other over Maya being the teen girl Shawn and Shawn being the adult male Maya is also ridiculous and adorable. And Shawn, Maya, and Riley bonding over dessert, and Shawn admitting he feels out of place because of the whole marriage and kids thing is just -- ugh, my heart. And also, I feel that, Shawn. I feel that.
In non-spoilery things, Riley seriously looks like an adorable little elf, and I love her.
ETA: Unrelated, except that I'm writing while I watch, I've hit 7000 words on my Yuletide assignment, with no sign of the end yet. (Well, no, I know the end, but I thought I'd be there by now, and instead the story keeps stretching out.)
