Thank you so much for writing me a story. I love Yuletide; it is my favorite fannish time of the year and truly one of the best parts of the holiday season. Please don't stress too much about your story, because I know I will love it.
In general, I like girl slash, gen, and het more than boy slash, mostly because I really love stories about women being awesome. I also like werewolves, stories about families being loving and protective and a little snarly with each other because they trust each other to always be there, and smart flirtations. I like stories of all ratings, I'm a fan of consensual kink, and I love stories about oral sex and pegging and women who really love sex. I love poly stories, threesomes and foursomes and moresomes, as long as it is consensual and not cheating. I adore intricate plots and mysteries to solve and friends teaming up to save the world. I like straightforward prose, lyrical pieces, and experimental work. I love adoption stories when adoption is treated as something totally normal and not a BIG DRAMATIC SECRET to up the tension. I love siblings as friends and families who are super tight. I love the ocean, full moons, surfing, autumn, Halloween, horror movies, and long roadtrips.
I dislike embarrassment/humiliation, rape, non-con, misogyny, racism, ableism, fat phobia, character-bashing, and women feeling guilty about enjoying sex. I am particularly frustrated right now by mental illness being used as a pejorative.
For Yuletide, I mostly prefer stories that are more light than dark and stories with happy endings, though that doesn't mean it has to be a traditionally happy ending. As long as the characters are happy, that's the sort of ending I want.

Never Cry Werewolf (2008)
Loren Hansett, Angie Bremlock, Kyle Hansett, Redd Tucker
Loren is basically a complete badass throughout the movie, and I really want to see more of that. More of her hunting werewolves. More of her showing up Redd and his ridiculous hunting show. More of her teaming up with Redd and her brother to hunt monsters. And if you want to go AU with this, I would love to see Loren and Angie being badasses together, or even some girl slash between them.

I was really delighted to learn that Never Cry Werewolf wasn't just a fun, somewhat cheesy werewolf movie, but was also a fantastic story about siblings working together and had a kickass female lead. Loren is truly awesome. I want to see her being awesome again. What I really like is that she's so determined to stop the werewolf, and even when everything is falling apart around her and no one wants to help, she makes it work. She's a badass with a crossbow, a very sporty girl, and just all-around awesome. I also love that though she's a sexy, competent woman, the majority of the movie avoids sexualizing her for the male gaze. Toward the end, that fails a little, but for the most part, I found it really refreshing.
I'd love to see more of her best friend, Angie, who sadly dies in the movie, but I think would have been a great addition to Loren's team.
Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster Is Loose - Meat Loaf (Album)
Alive, The Monster is Loose, If It Ain't Broke Break It, Bad for Good
I listed my favorite songs in the character list, but I basically love this entire album. I would enjoy a story incorporating the songs, but I would also love if you wanted to use a song to inspire a story in one of the other fandoms, if we aren't matched on this one.
I would actually really love to see stories in other fandoms inspired by the songs, but I also find a lot of writing inspiration in the songs I listed, so I would be just as happy reading about the stories inside them. Meat Loaf is awesome, no mocking him or his music.

Vampires (Bing Commercial)
I want the fabulous adventures of them being vampires together.
Basically what it says on the tin. I love this stupid commercial to no end, him shutting all the curtains while she finds a nice, dark, intimate restaurant, and then how delighted she seems when he flashes his fangs. I don't believe he plans to kill her; I think she's a vampire now too and the two of them are living it up, using Bing to navigate their way around the world.
No Microsoft bashing, though gentle jokes about the perviness of Binging yourself are welcome.
Cursed (2005)
Ellie Meyers, Jake Taylor
I would really love an AU that explores Ellie embracing being a werewolf and how a pack in LA would work. I don't think Ellie would be happy alone with Jake, so more werewolf pack members would be awesome.
I so very much wanted to see Ellie embrace this new twist to her life; though her brother was the one who really seemed to enjoy being a werewolf first, by the end of the movie, Ellie had grown from a sort of hurt puppy into a truly powerful woman. I'd like to see that echoed in her staying a werewolf and maybe creating a family which can't as easily be taken away from her.
Cursed is sort of The Lost Boys for werewolves, so a fun horror-comedy story would be awesome.
