[life] walking under the moon

I was going to actually post, but the moon rose so pretty and bright and just past full. I am going for a walk even though it is really effing cold here. Damn, Michigan, why you gotta hate? I miss Washington weather.

Pretty, pretty moon, though. I can watch it rise from my windows (usually I do so in the living room, but the office and bedroom all face the same way).

Edited to Add: Swings sound really creepy in the darkness. There are monsters in the night and the fog is on the rise.

I still haven't watched the last two episodes from season three. They're waiting for me on my dvr. (Thank god for summer repeats so I could catch them.) I won't get to watch this week's episode right away, so it doesn't matter. (I'm out of town this weekend, and my Thursdays are bad anyway.) I had lots and lots and lots of issues with last season.

Still, I love Supernatural. Early on, it felt written specifically for me. So here's my favorite quote - it's from 1x02 "Wendigo" but it's still my favorite quote because, for me, it sums up the things I love most about it: a family working together to hunt monsters.

Dean: I think he wants us to pick up where he left off. You know, saving people, hunting things... The family business.
