Assuming this is not a rhetorical question... it doesn't taste like much. It's just unnaturally soft and squishy, and really, really watery (my grandfather has meat-cooking issues. One year we dug into the stuffed pork chops and collectively realised they weren't all the way cooked about halfway through).
