Look what I found! A Blue Crush fic set pre-movie about Eden and Anne-Marie and the ways they know each other best, and the way, sometimes, you just have to be a surfer to get it. It has some gorgeous language, and made me quite giddy, as you can see from my icon.

I don't usually enjoy fic based on written source material as I do fic based on visual (tv and movies) but I love this Uglies trilogy story. It sneaks inside like a cold breathe of air and chilled me and made me happy all at once.
