So I've made it up to the first episode of season six, and I really want the song played at the demon/vampire biker bar. Unfortunately, I don't recognize it. (Plus demon/vampire bikers always remind me of The Lost Boys, so it makes me happy when such things show up in BtVS a couple of times.)

Why does Anya have Buffy hair? I just finished season five, and I don't remember her having Buffy hair then. Why the change? (I'm sure there isn't really an answer, it's just driving me crazy. All their hair looks lighter.)

Seasons four and five had some clinkers, and when they first aired I really disliked the majority of episodes, but now I've watched them all in order back to back, put together they aren't so bad. I think if the series had ended with "The Gift" it would have had a stronger ending than season seven.

Oh, [livejournal.com profile] thestalkycop! I love Xander and Willow lost in the woods and the way Xander is just so sure he's walking in a straight line and the woods just couldn't be that big. Oh, Xander, how little you know. (You really need to finish and publish so I can share these thoughts with people and not look insane. Not that I mind looking insane, but.)

I just had the best strawberries. They were delicious. Up until this past year I didn't even like them, but then at the St. Louis Serenity pre-screening, they passed them around (of course) and I tried one. It was good. Then work has had quite a few Belgian-chocolate-covered strawberries. And they are good.

Then tonight while grocery shopping I bought my own. They are fabulous. This is a strange new world for me. (I also bought bananas, old staples they are, and baby carrots, which are almost too cute to eat. Okay, not really, but they are delicious.)

The Fred Appreciate Day Masterlist. There are wonderful stories and essays here. I loved Fred before, but have so much more love for her after this.

[livejournal.com profile] southernbangel has some interesting questions about RPF/RPS. I can't actually comment, because I don't write it, but I think it could be an interesting conversation for those of you who do.

Have you seen the old weight watchers recipe cards? They're funny enough on their own, but then there is commentary. Hilarious.

My fingers are cold, so I'm going to go curl up in bed and read awhile.

Thank you! You are a font of Buffy knowledge, and I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.

You are entirely welcome. I am, as always, clearly destined to become a reference librarian.

OMG! That was horrifying and...and grotesque yet hilarious. Makes me realize that if I had to pick an era to be fat in, Now Is The Time! *collapses in relief clutching moderately tasty low-calorie frozen dinners to hefty bosom* I might have made myself eat shit like that! *traumatized sobs*

*remembers manners* Thank you for sharing.

*snicker*

You are very welcome. Isn't it horrible? I think that's WHY I had to share, it was just so terrible I couldn't handle all the horror myself. I still can't believe people ate that. Gah.

Oh my God... the recipe cards are killing me. People here at work probably think I'm nuts as I try not to be too loud cracking up in my cube with tears coming out of my eyes.

I did the same thing. Of course, the people at work are already pretty sure I'm insane (plus they fear my rants, because I am young but opinionated), but they get a good laugh out of stuff like this too.

I'm so glad I made you laugh. Hee.
