Faith the Vampire Slayer -- oh, so yummy

So I'm watching Angel season four, the episode where Faith breaks out of prison, and that one moment when Wesley tells her Angelus is back and she just looks at him--one of my favorite moments, ever. You can just see it on her face, fear and worry, and the desire to help him, to save him like he saved her. Such a good moment.

Also, I think I could become a Connor/Faith shipper based on this episode. Mmm, mmm, mmm. He so has a crush on her from the get-go, all rock hard, in his face, tough as shit. She's exactly what Connor needs, and I do wished she'd stuck around for awhile.

I can see Gunn and Faith, too. I've been out of the BtVS/AtS fandom for a long, long time, but it almost makes me want to dive back in. Faith and Oz are my absolute favorite characters in the series, and possibly some of my favorite characters from anything, full stop.

I should so be in bed, but I was doing some original writing, and had this urge to watch this episode. I really need to pick up seasons two, three, and five, so I can rewatch and understand the whole series arc. I also need to complete my collection of Buffy DVDs, even though I already own my favorite seasons.

God, Faith is hot shit.

I went to see both Soul Survivors and Wrong Turn because of her. In the theater. I paid 7.50 to see both them.

Those movies were not worth 7.50. ;] She's an addiction.

Oh! And as far as Faith/Connor goes I don't have many. I haven't seen too many decent fics. I'll point you to some when I get around to it (busy, busy, busy damn school :P).

Oh, take your time! I remember how busy school kept me (remember and, occassionally, miss). There's no rush at all. Eventually I'll stop being lazy and look for some myself, though maybe not until after I've written something, so I won't have to worry so much about being derivitive.

Hee. I've seen both, but not in the theaters, only as dollar rentals, and you're right, they were definitely not worth 7.50. However, an Eliza addiction is worth way more than that. :-D

I would so read Faith/Gunn fic if you felt the need to write it. How could it not rock? I mean they both had their time on the streets. I'm sure they would just like connect over the hub cap axe.

Well this will definitely push me toward writing Faith/Gunn. I may have to wait until I get more of the Angel DVDs, so I have a better grasp of Gunn's character, but ... yeah. Definitely going to write it.

STOP ENCOURAGING ME!

I now cannot get this idea out of my head. (Well, this plus Oz helping Bill deal with being a werewolf, and hunting down Fenrir, and they meet up with Gambit who has been sent to find Rahne, who was taken by Fenrir to join the werewolf revolution and oh why did you say anything.)

I don't yet know how Gunn escapes, but I know he's broken and bruised and bloody when he runs into Gwen again. She takes the time to try to help him, and Faith is in town looking for a former potential slayer now a real slayer, when the fallout occurs and they have to band together to save the slayer and have hot sex on the side. Mmm.

I don't remember if Gunn does escape, but you could write it that he does. I like the idea of Gwen finding him. I need to stop talking about it now before I even think about writing a ficlet about it.

Wes/Faith is the best non-canon but almost-canon I've seen. Well, except for Buffy/Faith, which may very well be the most-canon non-canon relationship ever.
