I identify a lot with your first sentence. I never thought a sitcom would be one of my favorite shows, one of my lasting favorites, nor that I would always identify so strongly with it, or that when I'd seen each episode a hundred times, I'd still be brought to tears while watching it and writing about it. It hits way too close to home sometimes, but oh, how I love it.

I'm glad the emotion came through, though; I started crying while watching the episode and cried a little while writing the story and I am so pleased that it hurts and hits the heart. That's what I wanted it to do.
