[food] suggestions?

I am going to go buy food. What should I go buy? (Diet Dr. Pepper is a given, here.) I want something sweet, and I want sushi. Unfortunately, my favorite sushi restaurant closed for new ownership and hasn't reopened yet. I have no cash and very bad cramps, so I don't want to go to more than one store. So something sweet and something for dinner.

I am going to go put on pants, not sleep shorts. (Yes, I am a slacker today. Ill and in pain.) When I come back, please have suggestions! (Even though I know it is Friday night.)
