At a coffee shop. Have a giant iced tea, just finished a bagel, and am writing.

+ "eden in the morning" (working title) - A Blue Crush fic about, shockingly, Eden in the mornings. I think I've finally figured out how to write it.
+ "Snake in the Grass (Wearing Dog Skin)" - A The Breed fic for a ficathon.
+ two beta copies of "Snake in the Grass (Wearing Dog Skin)"
+ "The Marching Band Refused to Yield" (working title) - A Bring It On alternate universe about cheerleaders, marching bands, and the way Missy and Torrance love each other.

It's a shame messenger seems to be down right now. I could use some company.

[fic recs] The Baby-Sitters Club

Why isn't it time to post the twicetoldfandom stories yet? Oy. Plus I'm five hundred words into the next Torrance/Missy fic, but it's nowhere near done -- also it has no real plot. Damn it.

So instead, have two fic recs.

"Jessi's Great Idea" by midnightwriting

This is a cute, sweet story about Jessi and Kristy teaching kids about sports and falling in love. I really like Jessi's voice in this, and the way her love of dance has grown and matured. The romance is believable and fantastic, and it just made me happy to read it.

"Home to Stay" by crankygeek

An adorable, hilarious story about Abby and Stacey, and Abby and Kristy, and the way families can react to their daughters being gay, and how it can be so simple to fall in love. I adore Abby and Stacey, and especially together. I wish there were more stories like this for me to read.
