Do you consider yourself a feminist? The discussion in the comments looks like it will be interesting, and possibly anger-creating. Of course, that could just be me, because I'm already angry today. Bad day. Wish kickboxing was every night and not just Tuesdays.

[livejournal.com profile] velvetandlace wrote "The Hero's Shoulders and Gentleness, Despite the Abundance of Violence" which is a beautiful, heart-breaking Piotr/Kitty story which captures the complexities of their relationship (as well as the sheer insanity of Marvel canon). It's a lovely, brief story about two people who were in love.

Watching Lost. JOY!

Have you seen the Outback Steakhouse commercial about how Australia is a day ahead, and so they know the future and the food is better? That is exactly what [livejournal.com profile] thestalkycop and I tell each other, except not exactly, because it's about her instead of Australia. See, I have this thing for the apocalypse (it's a good thing, let me tell you) and she has promised to warn me ahead of time, because since she's six hours earlier than me, she will know first. So she tells my future for me! It is also a thing I have. Hee.

Today was not a good day. I am actually thinking about making a locked post about it, but probably I will just not talk about it here. *sigh* Mostly it has to do with life and failure and perfectionism and crap like that.

HURLEY ICON! I've been wanting to make one with this line, which is from "Head On Collision" from New Found Glory's Sticks and Stones (which I absolutely adore, I can't stop listening to that song or "The Story So Far"). This isn't quite what I wanted, but it's a start.

Plus, um, love.

Ooooh, The Evidence! Wednesdays are good to me.

I love you, Ana-Lucia.

PMS maybe?

Okay, this had better be serious PMS and I'd better start soon and get it over with, because The Evidence made me cry, too, and people, it takes a lot for a television show to get to me by the third episode. (Third?) It is either wicked PMS or something I don't want to think about what.

Next Wednesday will not be so good to me. No new Bones, though I think both Lost and The Evidence are new. I like this Wednesday and Thursday television only thing I have going on. I'm off to bed now (I really, truly am going to the gym before work tomorrow instead of after), but I wanted to say you guys make me happy. Very, very happy, and you make me think, and you make me question things, and I love it. Also, you are all so creative and thank you for sharing that with me. (And the rest of fandom, but whatever, I am thanking you now, not them! Heh.)
