Did you know Tail Spin is on at 11:30 a.m. during the week? I took this morning off to pack (because I am seriously not nearly far enough along for someone who leaves Friday. I shouldn't have agreed to work extra days) and had the tv on in the background for noise. However, TAIL SPIN! (Is it one word or two? I can't really tell from the tv.) I love this show, and used to watch it all the time as a kid. Yay for Toon!Disney bringing me pieces of my childhood.

Of course, I've already decided not to get cable when I move. I'm kind of regretting that right now. Oh well, I won't have time to watch tv.

TAIL SPIN!

Now I have to get back to packing. Oy.

I wish I got Toon Disney :(

Our cable company is good, but we don't get any Disney channels. At least I get Nick GAS, so I can watch Legends of the Hidden Temple.

Legends of the Hidden Temple? I haven't seen that in forever! I'm guessing I don't get Nick GAS, which is sad.

In high school, the journalism students did a "newcast" every day between first and second block periods. We always had Band then, and we'd change the channel to Tail Spin! You are not alone in your Woo and Hoo.

Your icon is also making me miss Alvin and the Chipmunks. Every time I hear "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" I think of that show.

We didn't get to watch tv during band, but if we ever had a substitute, we always watched Fantasia, which is one of my favorite movies.

Ah, memories! I remember watching "Tailspin" when I got home from school!

That's when I watched it, too! It was part of some sort of cartoon block then, with Darkwing Duck and maybe the show with the little chipmunks and Zipper the fly -- why can't I think of the name? Whatever it was, I think my brother and I watched it with Tail Spin, too.

Ah! I love Tail Spin. :) I'll have to see if I'm getting whichever channel you have it airing on.

I hope you do get that channel! I was just filled with glee over finding it on television! I know what I'll be watching Wednesday and Thursday morning this week! (Before I lose my cable.)

It was fantastic! I didn't remember it having quite so many feminist yay! moments, though it might just have been this episode, in which there is a scavenger hunt using planes and none of the flying clubs want to have anytyhing to do with anyone who works for a woman/is a woman, but the women band together and do their own thing and it was just full of glee.

I will try to find you a torrent or a site to download the episodes. There's one for SWAT Kats, there's gotta be one for TaleSpin somewhere.

(Oh, and I don't know if it's one word or two, I just like to mash words together...I used to spell Death Eaters, DeathEaters....)

Word mashing is fun.
