escritoireazulThis cranberry blood orange tea just isn't cutting it, caffeine-wise, today. I may have to switch to the diet Dr. Pepper, and I was going to say switch early, except I just realized it is almost noon, so that is not early at all, that is normal DDP time for me. What happened to this morning? It is a blur of tea, making fun of P., everyone abandoning me to go to various activities, way too many phone calls, random text messages to people because despite the rush I was bored, solving windshield disasters, and finally sitting down here again. I like my work computer.
Oh and I had a banana and a granola bar. Which were both tasty, but I am starting to get a little hungry. Which makes sense, again because it is almost noontime. Maybe I lost that hour or so while talking to S. about old Goldwings and how heavy they are and how much he loves his new bike. Talking to S. usually makes me happy. Except when customers think he is my son, because hello, only five years older than he is, and I am very young. Though now we laugh about it. Apparently she thought we were related because of the way we bicker and tease, but she did not think siblings, oh no, I became a parent. Weird.
Did I mention the fact everyone left me alone in the office? Well, not quite alone, the other S. is here, and I helped her find driving directions to a funeral. Random.
I am so tired. Kick boxing starts tonight, and I don't even know if there is still room in the class. I fail at signing up for things on time. Okay. Must go do something productive again. What was I in the middle of when I stopped for tea?
