zomg. I am such a library whore. Leaving aside of course the fact that I dislike spending money, I tend not to reread stuff, so libraries are perfect for me. I've been going through all the books I own (motivated both by my plans to move into my own place and also the fact that I like the idea of doing Listal (http://www.listal.com/)) and *so* many books are in the Get Rid Of pile. (And yes, my Get Rid Of pile will in fact be gotten rid of.)

I loved Empress of the World, though I'm not sure how I feel about her writing a sequel.
I love some Rita Mae Brown (Venus Envy) but really wasn't taken with Rubyfruit Jungle. I should reread it, though, 'cause it's a classic so I want to actually have a writeup of why.
> The Gun Seller by Hugh Laurie (gift) (Is this the same Hugh Laurie from House?)

> Mystic and Rider by Sharon Shinn (gift)
Have you read her Archangel books?
I refuse to give you book recommendations (except as come up in discussion) if you have that many owned and unread books.
