elynross has a much more informative post about this guy selling fanfiction in a variety of fandoms including (I think they've said) X-Files, Highlander, and Star Trek: The Next Generation. Fanfic that he's ripped off from other places, I should add. I don't really know anyone in those fandoms, but if you do or did or whatever, the information might be useful.

Let me be clear that I think this guy is an ass.

This situation is just one of the reasons I find intellectual property law so interesting.
