I like it! I really enjoy that they're trying to make their way in a 'verse that has no room for them. The tone is so grim, but also so matter-of-fact, like Zoe is incapable of feeling the world around her.

And I love this line (I can just imagine it so perfectly): He’s packing away guns, so many she’s not sure where he’s putting them all.
