Fandom: Potential Yuletide Fandoms

I love how I jumped the gun with my Yuletide fandom discussion post in August; the big brainstorming fandom post has opened in the Yuletide comm.

So now it is that time of year when I start gathering new fandoms, so I have time to experience the source material. (And sometimes gathering old fandoms that I have been reminded how much I love: come on, Are You Afraid of the Dark? volumes one and two, you know you want to be available before Yuletide.)

Fandoms I may want to write/request:

Never Cry Werewolf (someday someone will write me fic for this movie. someday)

The Finder (oh my god, how this show so completely stole my heart, I have no idea [yes I do, excellent characters])

30 second fandoms (like the commercials here, including the coffee incest commercial) (30 second fandoms are generally awesome for last minute writing, I hear, though the last time I did a song, it took forever -- I still love that fic, though)

Vampire the Masquerade - Bloodlines (speaking of game fandoms)

This may be updated as more fandoms are mentioned on the Yuletide post. It's kind of weird to be a fic author who mostly writes small fandoms anyway (despite that whole Glee thing last year, and my occasional foray back into Buffy the Vampire Slayer, ever since 1999 I have been primarily a small fandom writer). I feel the need to stretch myself for Yuletide, but I already write a ton of fic for small fandoms. I've now branched out into fic for music vids and fic for games. I'll have to figure out something else this year. (Commercials? Songs? Poems? Paintings? Hmmm.)
