I'm up to Friday Night Lights 1.08, "Crossing the Line", and I am just amazed by this show, and also the greatness that is television online. I am just a little bit in love with Tim Riggins and Matt Saracen, Julie Taylor and Lyla Garrity. I really want to read some Tim/Lyla/Jason and Julie/Lyla and Tim/Jason and Matt/Julie.
I really wish this show was on a different night. I'll continue to choose Bones over it, but oh, this is a good show. It's painful, sometimes, there are a few things which hit way too close to home, but I love it.
(I don't think there's been a show yet which made me tear up so much per episode, either.)
So, fic recommendations?
Edited to Add: After watching Tim fight with his brother and his brother saying no one else ever wanted him, I really, really love Tim, like a lot. I think he's in for some shit because of the whole Lyla thing, but man, so much love.
Also, this game Jason is playing for the first time is awesome. That's some scary sports shit right there. Actually, I think I love Jason, too, he's such a goddamn strong character. Scary, too.
I also really feel for Smash, that whole being the family meal ticket thing.
