I'm not really around at the moment, but I wanted to take a moment to appreciate sports fandom, which I don't talk about here a ton.

We haven't been in the Stanley Cup final since 1970. SINCE 1970. FORTY-NINE FUCKING YEARS. I WASN'T EVEN ALIVE THEN. MY WHOLE LIFE I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT.

I love a good underdog story, and it's even better when it's my goddamn team.

For long-suffering Blues fans and players, it's different this time

I'm traveling for the next bit, but I will damn sure find a sports bar for the three games that'll happen while I'm gone. At the very least, an online broadcast, even if I have to pay exorbitant money for wifi access.
