I can't believe I waited so long to watch this. Rosa Diaz owns my heart. ROSA DIAZ OWNS MY HEART. And Amy Santiago is delightful, and Gina Linetti is adorable, and Captain Holt is my new favorite police captain, and Sergeant Jeffers and his twin daughters and OMG.

No, seriously, what in the world was I thinking, waiting so long? At least I have an entire season plus more to watch. I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH.

Well, I'm not such a fan of Peralta, but whatever, the others are AMAZING.

ETA: Could do without all the goddamn fat jokes, though.

The fat jokes are almost (if not completely) gone by the 2nd half of the season/season 2. I ship them all in a huge poly family pile of love (minus... Charles...)

I'm so glad you're discovering this show!!!! It is reliably the one thing that, when the theme song plays, my roommates and I will come sprinting from all over the apartment; SO WONDERFUL. I'm so jealous that you're getting to watch it all for the first time; have fun!!

OMG, it is so GOOD. I love that you and your roommates watch it together. I want to share it with everyone, but no one I know locally watches it. I'm going to start pushing it on people, because SO GOOD.
