Hee. It's in the book where Claudia runs a personal's column in the school paper and starts to play matchmaker. She's trying to find the perfect boy, but instead she turns out to be really good at setting other people up, just not herself. Toward the end she gets a nice written response to her ad, and it turns out to be Stacey, trying to make her feel better. It's actually rather cute.
