This is so interesting to me and I don't even know why. Blame hormones? HA. No but beef tongue reminded me a TON of chicharro, but not the fish? I'm so confused by all of it honestly. They had it on the menu at a place in Prageu we ended up and I tried it, it was pretty okay considering the tongue is one of the things I just cannot with when my father roasts lamb heads.
