They did not go well, alas. The filling did, but the untried pie crust recipe + untried mini pie pans, well ... that was a bad idea. I plan to try the crust recipe again with a regular size pie pan I picked up the other day. Here's hoping it goes better.

Quiche is on my list of things to try.
