So there are ads for Fast & Furious, Wheelman, and Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena which air during most of the things I watch and you know what? Vin Diesel's voice just does not get any less goddamn distracting.
Especially this new CoR game, where this, from the website, just about made me completely melt: They say hope begins in the dark but most just flail around in the blackness, searching for their destiny. The darkness, for me, is where I shine.
I wish CoR was a game I could play (I'm assuming it's a first-person shooter); I'll just have to askraz0rgirl about it, because it's supposed to add quite a bit to the overall story.
(Speaking of F&F,raz0rgirl and I went to see it Thursday night [my second viewing] and it was still a lot of fun. I can't wait for it to be available on dvd so I can have marathons of it and the first movie. I might even buy the third one, too, because it grew on me. The second one takes itself too seriously, but the third one is entertaining at times.)
(I totally have three F&F fics in progress right now, too. Must finish something!)
