Normally for sweetness (and it's quite easy on the cramps), I make a banana smoothie. Just chop up some bananas, add ice cubes, milk, and a healthy scoop of Coffee Mate's french vanilla. Sometimes I add in chocolate syrup when I'm getting that chocolate craving. ;P
