X-Men Origins: Wolverine casting spoiler



Gambit! Taylor Kitsch as Gambit? I think my brain may have just melted. Gambit is probably my second favorite character in the comics at this point (behind Beast who has pretty much always been my favorite, and despite the fact I thoroughly hate the Gambit/Rogue relationship), and Taylor Kitsch is one of the hottest thing to ever hot. The only thing I would enjoy more would be to see Steven Strait in another mutant role. (Dude, Strait as Warren Peace was beyond hot. And between Strait and Kitsch in The Covenant, my brain did melt.)

How exciting! I want new X-Men movies now, not next year.

Oh, nice! If he can do an even halfway decent accent, it's perfect.

Yeah, I'm worried about the accent. Maybe the hotness will cover any mistakes, a la movie Colossus who had no accent but extra hotness.
